We provide the full spectrum of Operations management services to clients of all sizes including Capability Integration, Operations Analysis, Battle Worthiness, Weapons and Tactics, Information Security, Fast Jet Operations, Training and Development. Our deep understanding of how Defence manages capabilities under the capability life cycle, allows us to conduct operations analysis (OA), evaluate and develop plans to enhance Operational Capability. Bonboo maintains expertise in warfare concepts development and mission effects. Our vast and varied expertise enables us to deliver exceptional results and products for our clients to maintain maximum operational effectiveness. CAPABILITIES
Our team also holds significant experience in major Defence capabilities, including Simulation, Strategic Intelligence, Exercise Control (EXCON), Air Combat, Maritime Warfare and Integrated Air and Missile Defence. Bonboo maintains specific expertise in High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) target coordination and control, having worked alongside US partners in direct support of operations.

Our employees are AGSVA cleared with access to information as required.
